Clement Chau
Founder of Galado Network Clement Chau was an Internet marketer at Exabytes, the largest web hosting company in Malaysia from 2000 to 2005. Before joining the reputable web host, Clement had worked at a great number of jobs, gaining both professional and life experiences from every single one. Looking back further, getting his first PC at the tender age of 12 was definitely not too late for him. He had started off with installing games before slowly turning to chatting on mIRC and learning a bit here and there about web development. First he got to know about HTML, then CSS in the second year and finally PHP. Next, he spent around 10 years on googling and creating more than 50 websites, and finally harnessed the skills to develop good websites and web applications. Soon he found that web development had become less challenging and slowly shifted his attention to S.E.O (Search Engine Optimization). He buried himself under piles of SEO related books and spent most of his time googling. Eventually, after plenty of exhausting trial and error, Clement successfully gained tremendous experience in website management and online marketing. From 2012 till present, Clement has dedicated his time as an Operation Manager at EasyParcel. An expert in new media marketing strategy (majoring in Facebook Advertising), SEO and digital marketing, Clement is also a keynote speaker, a web developer, a graphic designer and a business consultant. At the same time, he has also been endorsed for Growth Hacking, UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience). With an excellent track record as a business consultant, to date, Clement has coached over 30 different ecommerce businesses towards achieving their goals in marketing and growth -- fixing leakage, increasing revenue, increasing customer lifetime value, increasing purchase frequency and many more. Outside of work, Clement is a seasoned entrepreneur who founded GALADO, a popular mobile accessory business with over 80,000 Facebook followers. When it comes to building a website or an eCommerce store, up to 90% of the owners and web designers are talking about “desktop” and neglected the importance of “mobile”. Throughout this session, you will not only get to know the importance of “mobile” but also ways to enhance your visitor’s experience on your website especially for eCommerce business owners. |
